VO - Male Male / Any Ethnicity/ Approx 30-45 (Adult Voice) Grounded, authoritative voice that feels credible and slightly theatrical. Delivery should be fear monger-y and quietly aggressive. Strong diction, intentional pacing, and subtle emphasis that make harmless things sound threatening. Ability to land lines in a way that feels factual, earnest, and damning.
